Senior Teacher Professional Development

Professional Development is an eLearning service for Early Childhood Educators (ECE), in New Zealand. A subscription based model allows both ECE services and non-service affiliated individuals to access a vast range of learning and resources for use in their everyday practice. Self-managed subscriptions enable ECE service managers to easily self-on-board educators in their service as required. Subscriptions are handled quickly and efficiently enabling the service to easily scale up or down to match their staffing requirements.

Learning content is created by an accredited provider and delivered as structured learning in video, podcast and document format. Learning journeys can be designed by the ECE service to match specific learning goals, or self-designed by individuals. For non-service affiliated learners in-app mentoring and learning reviews are available ensuring a cohesive development journey. The eLearning service provides a measurable, certifiable component of an educators professional development in a device agnostic app with an interface that is available in both Te Reo Māori and English. Additional languages can be provided as required.

Initially designed for the Early Childhood Education sector, the Professional Development app can be easily aligned with other market sectors with a requirement for Continuous Professional Development (CPD), and certification.
